STORE PICKUP

Place your order online, and pick it up at our Logan Circle shop in 2-3 days (or less) when your order is ready. 

After placing your order, please wait until you receive an email stating that your purchase is ready for pickup before coming to the shop. Swing by during the hours listed above to get your goods!

When you arrive, come inside and a member of our team will bring you your order. Prefer to stay outside? Give us a ring at 202-506-2131 and we'll bring your purchase to the door!

DELIVERY + SHIPPING

We have more goods than ever available to ship from on our online shop. If you live in the DMV we offer local delivery for $15 to zip codes in DC, and in MD + VA inside the beltway. Click here to learn more about local delivery!

Live outside of DC? We've got lots of planters, accessories and gifts ready to ship to you! We're working hard to pack your shipments as quickly as possible, and most orders arrive within 2-5 business days.

FAQs

How does pickup work?

We’re doing everything we can to minimize contact and keep our team and customers safe. When you arrive at the shop, kindly wear a mask and keep 6’ between yourself and others. Head into the shop and let our team member know the name on your order and we'll bring it to you. 

I placed an order online. When will it be ready for pickup?

We’re working hard to get your orders ready as quickly as possible! In most cases this will take 2-3 days. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please do not head to the shop until you receive an email stating that your order is ready for pickup. 

Why does it take this long?

Most of our products now live over at our warehouse in Northeast DC. Our team is working there safely behind the scenes to pack and prepare all orders. As soon as they are ready, we are bringing your orders across town to our Logan Circle shop. We appreciate your patience! 

Can I swing by the shop + buy things in person?

Starting on July 7 you can! Our top priority is keeping our team and community safe. Masks are required to enter the shop, and we also require that you use hand sanitizer upon entry. Please note we're only allowing a few customers inside at a time. If we're at capacity, please wait outside while maintaining social distance until a customer leaves and you are able to enter.

Why don't you offer free shipping?

We understand that free shipping is a common expectation these days. The truth is there is no such thing. We pack your orders with love, safely hand them off to our hardworking UPS or postal carriers, who bring them to you — no contact required. It's the safest way to operate right now and we hope you'll consider the cost a small price to pay for the convenience and safety.

For orders of $150 or more, shipping is complimentary.

What are you doing to keep your team safe?

We are following all CDC and local DC government guidelines, including working in small teams in staggered shifts to minimize our staff's risk, increased sanitization, and wearing masks.

We are fortunate to have a spacious warehouse to work from and keep your e-commerce shipments flowing.
